Palo Alto – Teslas Electric Car Model 3 is expected to be delivered to Europe in the first half of 2019, according to CEO Elon Musk. Also drivers in Asia are expected to receive the Model 3, wrote Musk in an answer to a question on Twitter. A version with right-hand handlebars for example for the UK or Japan should be ready by mid-2019. Tesla announced the start of deliveries in Europe so far only in general for 2019. Tesla is up to now half a year behind the Model 3 The brand of 5,000 vehicles per week is to be reached at the end of June. The vehicle at the US price starting from $35,000 before tax and electric car discounts is to bring Tesla from the niche to a wider market. So far, however, only high-priced versions with additional equipment are delivered. According to Musk, the basic variant only pays off from higher production volumes. There is no Euro price for the car so far.
