Hello you! I got an A 6 3.0 TDI for testing 2 days ago. Was also curious about the highly praised DSP Bose sound system. Apart from the fact that the car is purely driving technically a force, I could see how good the premium sound system is in our Volvos. At first I thought yes, “uuups here is probably nothing activated or set – or all sound adjustment possibilities are set to “0”. I then tried to adjust everything that went: high-deep sound, etc. – everything was perfectly set. Oh mann…. that was like day and night to Volvo!! It sounded rather miserable – the middle frequencies were completely excessive, low bass did not exist ( maybe so far down to 60 Hz ) … long not the brilliant resolution as in Volvo. Certainly the criterion “sound in the car” will not be buying for many, but for me as a small sound freak it was a bitter disappointment what Audi put on its feet.
