Hello guys…. nice that you have. I am Uncle Tim , 57 ,from SB and have a R1100 R 259 1995 without ABS with 33,000 Km original… with which I drove in 2021 the last time.. I have no experience with this vehicle. Problem ! Smallest load change , on the gas , light brake , and she “nods” over the front fork…and I also have the feeling that she wanted to break out to the right…so the whole driving behavior in this sizuation … gives me an unsafe feeling .. It is a steering damper mounted on this part….about whose function I can also say nothing …or …lightly that is the problem..(because defective) Also at start-stop in the city …she nods strongly.. strikes more or less…at low speed.
