Car dealer sold without warranty

Hello to the round, have a problem to solve, maybe you can give me recommendations. 4 weeks ago I was looking for a small car as a second car.All pages in the www searched and at some point discovered a suitable car. Telephone contact with the car dealer, price negotiates-as far as ok. I also pointed out that I am private buyer, so there is a new HU/AU and warranty or warranty. No problem, the dealer said… e late drive (about 100km oneway), vehicle looked at, tested and then off to the office for the contract interview. The HU/AU was assured-but then came the following saying: “the legal. guarantee I can not give you, at the low price” We had agreed 2.300,-€. Without hesitation he put in front of my name the addition: “Fa.” – I should acquire the car as a company, so that he can handle the legal. warranty. I then unfortunately-the price was too tempting -the As a down payment he demanded 200,-€. I then also paid. Car collection was agreed one week after. Days later however, I nevertheless doubted whether this shady dealer here does not cheer me a lazy egg with this trick. I told him that I “challenge” the purchase contract – since I am neither company owner nor the telephone agreements were also observed at the first contact. He accepted my claim, moved but the 200,-€ not out!!! He would have had HU/AU costs and other expenses… How do you see the thing??? Should I order my legal protection insurance??? MfG charly145
