CV D-Cat strong nailing and consumption

My Verso D-Cat again worries me a bit. I was on a longer tour yesterday with the car, 450 km of motorway. The ride was very even, the track level (Rheintal motorway A5, short section on the A6). The vehicle was occupied with four people, I drove almost completely with cruise control always around 140 km/h. Outside temperature between -5° and -8°. The return trip was extremely even, always exactly 140 km/h according to GPS, on the speedometer stood 150 km/h. The drive was due to Verkeh r not quite so uniform, once a short 160 km/h otherwise max 130 (GPS), but also here 90% cruise. The consumption was said and write 10 l according to BC, at the tank calculated 9.7 l. That’s not normal? I ask also because I ride exactly this tour several times a year, almost always in the same quiet way and have never used up more than 8 l. Is this because of the cold? Can that be? The instantaneous consumption indicator constant at 140 km/h (level distance) between 10 and 14 l back and forth. But never less than 10 l !! What I notice more and more: When the machine is really warm, a loud diesel nail from the engine compartment shows up when gas is given and acceleration. I noticed this already for some time, but it gets stronger and stronger. At the beginning of December the AGR was changed because of the bad gas acceptance. The gas acceptance is now somewhat OK, but the consumption was not better and just this nailing is now stronger. can it here a together comment of a passenger (drives itself VW TDI PD): The nail is like my VW………
