Final stage purchased and torched. 🙁

hi, I bought a very cheap end stage at the Wal-mart (35 euro mark GigaBoyz 4/3/2 4-channel 800W). so super cheap. can you try it out wanted to connect it – 12V, then REM, then GRN. when I touched GRN already with the cable it has sparked and from the amplifier came a thick smoke cloud. which is then probably. pays off here the cheapness of the product? I mean to 99% + and – not to have switched at the connection. if yes, is that not secure? replace Is it possible that the device was defective? there are also 2 fuses, none of them burned out. what do the fuses then bring me? almost my car would have caught fire!!! so to formulate my question again, the devices are not secured for + and – swap, and if not, exactly what happened to me then? I want to operate 2 speakers in front and connect 1 subwoofer. so I wanted to connect normal channel 1 and 2 (stereo) n and 3 and 4 bridges so that I have mono for my bassroll. do I make a memory error? gruss, docmax
