GSX-R 1000 K9 – Steering damper defective?

Evening dear bikers! I slowly despair of my machine. Steering head bearings were defective, so I had it changed. Chain set was worn out, so I changed it successfully. Brake was a bit tight in the front, but I got the wheel free again. Now I noticed something again and I suspect that it has to do with the steering damper. When the motorcycle is off and I steer while pushing, I notice that the handlebar can be steered slightly harder to the right, g Followed by a very easy squeaking. Steering to the left is no problem! If I steer the handlebar in the stand to the left and right, the resistance becomes bigger to the right, but can be overcome. If the engine is running, I have no problems with hitting the handlebar to the right?! To the left is never a problem. Whether motorcycle off or on. Yesterday I definitely didn’t have the problem at all. Today I was short at a workshop to clarify something. I also immediately spoke to what I noticed when steering since today. Instead of looking at it, he only thought I should remove the steering damper…is the problem away, it is the steering damper. Is the problem still there, it is the steering head bearing. I’m getting tired of all the things. Has anyone ever had the same problem? Do you think the steering damper is over? I’m just heading for the 40,000 km. I haven’t switched to the damper so far.
