I just ordered the new Tarraco e-hybrid. It also has the MIB3. In various VW forums I read about massive problems with the update of the MIB3. Sometimes OTA only works sporadically, sometimes not at all. By USB there is not even a download file on the Seat page, but according to the VW forums entries also does not work and cannot be installed.
