So first of all I want to say no it’s not about the typical registration question has already informed me a lot! I am a student in Vienna have my first residence in Germany mainly because of my private insurance. I would like to buy a motorcycle and can then unfortunately only register it in Germany because I can only register it in Austria if there is my first residence there. It would then stand about in both countries the half of the year since I over the summer al I’m already 4 months in Germany. Now to my actual question/s: Since I allow the motorcycle in Germany no NOVA was due for me just wanted to ask again?! and much more important in Europe is since 2013 the regulation that a motorcycle has to be throttled the half of the original horsepower or less however makes there Germany as far as I have understood this correctly the exception?! So the question I can then buy a 100 or more horsepower motorcycle and then let it throttle and drive with it without any problems in Austria?
