my personal fiasco with Mercedes Me Charge

Hello to all EQ-Forists, I’ll introduce my car: since 4.5.22 I have been driving an EQS350, which I picked up factory-new that Wednesday, but the Sahara dust deposits in the area of various seals (ASD and RWT) indicate that the car was already standing around a little bit (its FIN is in the 12-thousander range). When I picked up the vehicle I linked it to my existing Mercedes Me account. The previous vehicle was an EQA250, which was about at the same time from my MM-Kto. was removed, the Mercedes Me Charge contract belonging to this vehicle was terminated by Mercedes-Site on 30.6.22, but still appears in my batch application. After the described vehicle MM account link I activated all available services in the MM app (on the recommendation of the customer center employee in Sindelfingen). And now the drama takes its course! The so-called telephone support from Mercedes Me and Mercedes Me Charge have not been able to connect the FIN of my new vehicle to MM Charge for a week. I telephone several times a day, but I am constantly comforted and told that it is ‘a more complex problem’. Why the whole effort now? I would be the Ionity Unlimited option, which is well-known since Takeover day is active, also like to use. No more and no less!
