Hello people, at the beginning of the year someone drove me into my parking vehicle, the whole was kept police. the question of guilt is clear. the week after that so from my workshop, cost estimate, pictures were also made, and mandat handed over to my lawyer. he has sent the insurance (Allianz) a letter with attached the cost estimate copy incl. pictures and asked with the deadline for payment of 14 days. Since the accident eile has passed a short month, there is still no money received, only a very short letter from the alliance, I should make an appointment for a follow-up visit. I usually do something like this with my lawyer, but this is this week on vacation. for this reason I called the alliance and offered to those who could send the pictures of my workshop again. there the lady said (something “inconsistency” that the pictures and the costs In the meantime, the young lady became almost snippy/ziggy) when I once again pointed out that I had taken my right to determine a good-for-itself, she remained with the opinion that no money would be paid, as long as the alliance did not send her own good-for-it-yourself. also on my behalf, that no money would be paid, as long as the alliance did not send her own good-for-it-yourself. the lady ála reacted “well, then we don’t pay!”. so the phone call went quite aggressive on the part of the alliance – and of course resultless. as I said, I usually talk to my lawyer, but since he’s on vacation it’s pretty nag about me, puls is on 200! can someone maybe give me a advice/tip what I have to expect? did I react wrong or am I wrong mi t know that the insurance can send its own expert? in my opinion this is only an attempt to question any amount/position of my workshop – so to minimize the amount. would be grateful about advice and did! p.s. what would have been if I had already repaired my vehicle (same)? what would the insurance then have wanted to look at?!
