Parking rempers

Good day dear forum community, I turn to you today, hoping to make me hope. The following facts: My vehicle was from Monday noon to Tuesday noon for inspection in the workshop, was brought back and everything was good. On Wednesday I leave my apartment, go to our (private) parking lot and have to realize that I have an obvious damage to the vehicle. Front bumper directly under the left headlight. My first thought was that me The next morning I was looking for the driver in the house from door to door, I was looking at my vehicle and the vehicle of my neighbor and found white discolorations on her right rear wheel. I was looking for the driver in the house from door to door, I was looking for the driver, I was looking for the driver and I confronted her and she was fighting. For my taste also too fast and to study. So next police called – parking lot accident and probably driver’s escape. Police has secured tracks from me and her wheel. Has measured everything (upper edge of damage 78cm, wheel height with her also 78cm) Police thinks my guess is probably but can not confirm any real guilt. Now I would be interested if the taken trace samples (predominantly tire abrasion and the white traces on her rim e) can be confidently analyzed and sufficient for the transfer and how long this takes approximately. Problem for me is that the car has been shut down and I have found a buyer one day before the accident. Now I am afraid that the procedure will go too long and the buyer will jump off if he does not already because of the damage to himself. Do I have in such a case possibly also claims for damages? I am looking forward to answers Christoph Edit: Pictures can I contact Otherwise, the spelling apologises, but I type from the phone and that hangs up sometimes.
