Had an accident damage by Parkrempler on my vehicle —> http://www.motor-talk.de/t1415871/f13/s/thread.html I got and filled out the questionnaire, just as apparently the accident causer. However, they indicated that they didn’t notice the Rempler. That’s what the VS wrote to me now. They have now requested the file from the police. It says that the damage was clearly caused by the accident opponent and this is beyond doubt. My question is now, how long can this all be delayed with the regulation of the damage and whether the VS can nevertheless cross the border. Expert reports were prepared and it should also be paid after expert reports (I have stated so). Finally, I am very glad that I called the police, otherwise I would probably have been stuck on the damage and should have gone into a lawsuit. Score12
