Questions about Volvo on Call

Hello together, the following would interest me regarding Volvo on Call: 1. Has any of you ever used the system or have to use it? What are your experiences with it? Network availability, friendliness and competence of the interlocutor, speed of assistance etc. 2. If, for example, I request the breakdown aid in Italy using the “On Call” button, will I then be connected to a VOC headquarters in Italy and have to speak English, for example? Or does the call always go to Munich? 3. Is it right that VOC automatically installs a car phone, so I can plug in my own SIM card somewhere without affecting the VOC?
