Replacement car in case of warranty?

The service employee was quite nice (after I waited a 3/4 hour) and quickly admitted that this is not normal. I find that really a cheekiness high 3! Since you buy an expensive car from an expensive manufacturer, even has a MOBILITY guarantee and what happens: There is no replacement car. Ne, ne, ne Servicewüste Deutschland How is that with you? Some of you were already in the workshop because of warranty cases, did you get a car? Who paid for it? VW or the dealer? So VW Automobile Stuttgart can’t recommend it from the bottom of your heart!
