Traffic law, who knows about it?

Hello, last night (light dusk) had the following case on the A31 (unlimited km/h): Car on the right track, with approx. 220km/h. Traffic volume low, i.e. all 500-1000m 2-3 cars. See in front of me 2 cars driving one after the other on the right lane. Notice that they are much slower than me, and try to change early on the left lane to show also that I am much faster. Well than I am about 100m (really appreciated!) on the left lane. I know a situation here in the north more often, but this car had no yellow number plates, so I didn’t expect the action. So I thought about a full braking, but then I went over to the right lane and still so just before the overtaking back to the left… in German: I overtook the car on the right. Everything else would be in a full range. The car that I had overtaken on the right was as wild as the horn of light. Now my question, IF it should show me (which I don’t believe): Who is right? Had I had to slow down my speed in advance so far that I could have braked, topic: forward-looking driving, vehicle must have been brought to a halt in the field of view, or: If the car had not been allowed to slip out in front of me, since I had to use an essential h higher speed has arrived. Of course I tend to version 2, ;-), but is that really legal? Greetings, Stefan
