Hello community today I was able to experience a super service from Kia. On 13.07 I ordered a new XCeed 1.4TDGi in Quantum Yellow via a dealer. This should have been delivered in mid-September. Today I got the call from my dealer that the factory in Slovakia or Kia has informed him that the vehicle in this variant (1.4 & Quantum Yellow) is no longer manufactured since 08.07.. On demand why it is still available in the system and nowhere is a share The problem now is that this car is available in Österrich exactly 2x and they already have an interested party or buyer. That’s what Kia was trying to contact if it was somehow possible, answer was about: “Tja pech had, there are enough other colors to choose from. But exactly the Quantum Yellow as I find it makes this car special. The other colors unfortunately do not appeal to me at all. My dealer is now trying to somehow to come to this vehicle in another version. However, did not give me much hope. Feel a little messed up and I’m pretty disappointed about it… Someone can already have such an experience?
