I don’t have an ADAC, but an insurance cover letter. Since the next workshop was a free one (should you call here names?), I let myself be dragged there. Defect was the crankshaft sensor. At the pickup the master told me, car is running, just done test drive, but oil and engine light is still on, he doesn’t know w as it is, he would have checked various things, but best, I go to the Seat Fachwerksatt, they would have better, specific selection devices etc. I put myself in the car, want to start – does not start. Master comes, even with him nothing. From there, Seat Werkstatt is contacted, they drag me to themselves and conclusion, KWS is wrongly built into it, also on their account so declared. Who now bears the costs? take into account specialistwerstatt incl. tow 195Euro, invoice free workshop 320Euro, there are however still braking, which were also down… I informed free workshop, one comforted me at the beginning of the week, one will somehow agree, ok, that also gives me time to inform me. I don’t look for a fight, everyone was nice and the master admitted that he is overwhelmed, also does not want to endanger his job, on the other hand I don’t want to pay things 2x, also have nothing to give away.
