Hello, I’m not sure if my topic fits into this forum, but I didn’t find any more suitable than this one. It’s about the following. On 31.05 I gave my focus to the workshop with the please about timing belt changes (mundl. KVA 320€). On Friday evening I called to ask if I could pick up the car again. I was told at the earliest Monday because now still a roll on the V-belt, Ventiel cover seal and all spark plugs are exchanged (all parts sh 200-300€ more. I’m a trainee and I don’t even have 200-300€ lying around somewhere. The question is: can the workshop just do more repairs without asking me beforehand or can I charge the costs on account of the fact that I can’t pay everything at once as written above?
