Actual safety distance at different speeds on the motorway

Hello together, on the highway (and also otherwise) the rule of thumb applies ‘Safety distance = half tacho’. This means, for example, that one should strive for a safety distance of 60m on the highway at speed 120Km/h. I myself am a very defensive driver, but nevertheless sometimes catch myself that I drive more densely than it results from this rule. With the knowledge that two guide posts on the highway have a distance of 50m, one can easily overtake oneself Now my specific question: How do you estimate the actual average safety distance: I’ll give you a few speeds where you can enter the actual safety distances. (if you want) I’m already satisfied even if you just pick out some particularly interesting speeds in your opinion and enter the actual safety distances (your opinion) there.
