Police took everything and I reported the damage of my household insurance (Alianz). Now after over a month nobody has reported to me yet, not even a letter that the case is being processed. Was with my representative and that we said still another week before we call directly at the Alianz and ask for . Now my question: is it normal that it takes so long for the insurance company to register? And above all, are my aluminium rims even covered in the household supplies?
