Car buyers give false address and don’t re-register Fzg.!

Hello! I sold my old Fzg. almost 3 weeks ago, of course registered A very ordinary purchase contract was made, with which the buyer undertook to re-register the Fzg. within a maximum of a week. After the sale I also informed the sale immediately of the car insurance and the registration office. Now some time later and after research I found out… 1. Buyer has given an address, which there is not at all 2. Fzg. was after almost 3 weeks always n 3. My car is currently in an online car exchange for sale Now, of course, the question arises, which legal possibilities belong to me!? Is there for me the possibility to immediately deregister the account? Can I recover the expenses incurred by insurance/tax from the buyer? How do I get the correct data of the buyer, advertisement with the police? What is the reason for an advertisement in this case? May I cancel the registration number? If I find the item, or may I not (I don’t know if the plates are legally owned by the buyer?)? I have the phone numbers of the buyer and the current seller for identification. I do not want to preach about the risks of selling a registered item Id.R. everything goes well, but apparently not this time. I am grateful for every advice. Greeting Berni
