So we take the example now: dealer 1 sells to dealer 2 a car without warranty etc. but a purchase contract is made of course. (in which also all data / conversions / etc. are recorded) If now turns out that the car for example has a different engine installed or does not have the performance in the purchase contract g! Let’s take an example of an Audi 1.9 TDI with 130 hp as a sales car, but afterwards it turns out that only a 115 hp machine is installed, because it has been exchanged for some reasons. Can one then legally approach the dealer or have no chance?
