Engine cover Karoq 190 hp

When purchasing my car 4×4 with 190 hp in May, a cover was above the engine like almost all vehicles from the company. When the vehicle was picked up 2 weeks later, the cover was removed, as according to Skoda there is a fire risk in the slightly foamed cover (see photo). According to the dealer, a solution by Skoda is to be worked on. Now, after a few months, I directly asked Skoda and got the answer today. The engine cover of the ŠKODA KAROQ with the 2.0 l 140 kW TSI engine with all-wheel drive and direct gear transmission (DSG) is omitted at the beginning of 2022. Since this is the standard condition, the manufacturer, ŠKODA AUTO a.s., does not supply any engine cover. I find this reaction simply outrageous, because on the one hand I have paid for the cover available at the time of purchase, on the other hand everything is now unprotected open and possibly also lacks some insulation. The information of the dealer turned out to be a lie. Sure, I have no way to change something on the actual condition, but maybe someone here knows if a different cover made of hard plastic fits from corporate relatives or someone knows how to get the original cover.
