Hello, I bought an Omega B Facelift Bj. May 2000 with X25XE machine in May 2008. Last month I had the FOH replace the shut-off valve due to the loss of cooling water (No. 18 20 014). Last week I noticed that the climate was not heating. I can’t tell, however, whether the heating power was available before the repair or whether I bought the car with a defect. In my opinion, the climate is very cooled. I have already done the following: – With a In the interior of the ECC, the temperature sensor is clouded. Nothing changed. Cold air continues to come. – Set the target value to “high”. The fan speed increases, but only cold air comes. – When the engine is switched off, the reciprocating air button is pressed twice to use the residual heat. Only cold air comes. – Set the actuators back. However, no improvement has been achieved. – In the engine compartment, the inlet hose is removed from the heating register and in the event of an accident. iebswarm engine opened the lid of the cooling water pre-heater. The hot cooling water flowed out from the feed pipe of the register. Thus, the register is not clogged. Yesterday, according to the FAQ, I removed the ECC and disassembled it. Please look at the picture. On the right side of the picture there are two darkened spots. Is something burned here? Can it be that the ECC is defective and thus no longer regulates it? Or is it possible that the circulating pump is defective? Is this in the cold water pre-heater. Is this used only for residual heat? Thank you for your help. Gruss Climasuisse.
