hi, I’ve seen here in the forum a sheet of ner inspection where it said ”roller speed increased to 51 kmh on customer wash” is such a legal ? do the workshop so something ? but have also read that probably the new 4 clock scooter can no longer be tuned, is it true ? sorry for these questions am but total beginner as far as scooters are concerned
