Hello together, since 08/18 I drive a Spacetourer Business XS BlueHDI 180 with EAT8 automatic transmission (in the Threat “Spacetourer reports” I have already reported on my experiences) I would like, since I have escalated the topic already up to Mr. Reuter (PSA CEO) to open this as a new topic, to look for further “sufferers” so that we can find a solution with Citroen. Here the concrete problem: through a changed engine management (among other things by a v In the area around 1700 u/min a very unpleasant noise arises, as if you were driving very under-touring. This happens precisely in the speed ranges 50-60 km/h city, 80-100 km/h rural road and up to 120 km/h on the highway in each of the stages 7+8. From 2,000 u/min the engine runs perfectly again. The predecessor model with EAT6 automatic and Euro 6b had not this hum !! This I had tried before the purchase and then got the “brummer” with 6Dtemp delivered. In other vehicles of the PSA group (3008, 5008 etc.) there is no this noise against it! Despite repeated complaints Citroen Germany or even PSA Germany did not move here. “The vehicle would correspond to the product definition !” Please test this at your vehicles and let us collect our experiences here.
