With my 650i the battery was completely emptied by a continuous auxiliary coolant pump. The doors could no longer be opened via the emergency key and I had to open the bonnet via the Bowden trains. After replacing the battery everything goes back to the front window lifter. Opening the windows via comfort opening does not work, even the automatic lowering (cabrio) when opening or closing the door does not work. In the error memory I have entries for both windows before ne with “Invalid characteristic line, no normalization available” and NvM: Write failed. Press window lift button for more than 15 seconds also did nothing. Is the footspace module defective or can a coder possibly save it again? My friend can only replace and wanted to hit the window with the empty battery.
