Hi forum, I’ve been having problems with the 912 year 1969 for a long time. It doesn’t matter if the machine was cold or warm. The ignition works, all electrical consumers and lamps work, only when the engine starts up … nothing does. Neither the starter turns, nor moves anything else. However: wait after the first attempt 10 – 15min the car starts, as if nothing had been, then it runs perfectly. After the holiday woll This afternoon I moved him a little bit, he also jumped spontaneously. When driving out of the garage I strangled him unfortunately and since then the symptom described above appears again. Unfortunately, he doesn’t start at all anymore. I pushed him into the garage now, maybe you know something about it. Oh yes, starter and battery are new, I checked the fuses. If there is a little bit of the ignition lock in the suspicion, it is possible that the starter “nothing” And what else does someone know about this small toggle switch (marked) below the lower dashboard (under radio/heating)? Did they think it was an immobilizer, but unfortunately they can’t be started with it either… Thanks Max
