Something that has occupied me for a long time: dark clothes in the dark. WHY? Every day I meet dark figures during my rides, or when I am travelling with my dog. My loved one – she rides along with a colleague as a passenger – told me that she is almost a darkly dressed figure on the side of the road. Almost I would have been tempted to write: Too bad! Are people not aware for a second that they are virtually invisible to drivers? Especially today in rain and darkness and poor visibility it is even harder to recognize dark figures on the roadside. The school has started in NRW. What do I first encounter? Dark-dressed schoolchildren. HIMMEL parents! Don’t you have a sense of responsibility? At the latest in the next class, this “stupid” thing is no longer dressed and the kiddies are running around as if they had to disguise themselves.
