Hello fellow driver and reader, something stupid happened to me today: I used to park in the same street, but the curb on this one parking space seems to be a little higher than the other. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when driving back Long story shot: Front apron torn off at one side. Of course, the “special” at the parking spaces is that they run perpendicular to the road and are about centrally separated by the curb. The parking spaces are also marked with white lines. In the same street there are many such parking spaces, where the curb is however much lower. My questions are: 1. Is the community here in obligation to repair? 2. Do I have a chance to participate in damage from the community? I had no time for photos, could not stop anywhere and had to go to the university… P.S.: Here’s a sketch to explain the situation.
