Now that the expert has taken the damage, I have now also some numbers. So: damage of the car are 6635,57 € with VAT, without VAT 5576,11 replacement value has been estimated at 11000€. Rest value of the car are estimated at 5622€. Well, as I according to report The insurance company would have to transfer to me the difference of replacement value (11000€) and residual value (5622€). However, this one calculates with the replacement value 9243,70€. Why do they not expect with the specified 11000€? I hope you can explain this to me here… ??
