Hello guys, my former work colleague changed the forwarding company half a year ago. We are both drivers. At the forwarding company I am driving at the moment, the fleet consists only of Scania R420 vehicles. It is personal to me no matter with which truck I do my job. So whether Scania, Mercedes, M.A.N…..usw everyone has its personal attitude !!! So now on the subject. My colleague tells me at the current band that there is regular engine damage in your company g ibt. Driving there in Actros 460s, 480s, and 600s. 6 vehicles have had piston damage in the last 3 months. The engine has been replaced for all 6 vehicles. The same has happened for 3 vehicles with the new engines. Now the Mercedes builds again new test engines at the expense of MercedesBenz AG. So I can tell you that the boss of this company is not to speak well on Mercedes. I personally don’t care what I drive. With Mercedes likes mi r the interior equipment e.g. better than with Scania. But if I hear it like that, only out of pure interest, what’s going on with Mercedes !!! Greetings Mister07
