Hello, my V70 2.4 T runs at outside temperatures below 15 degrees a bit rough and unround when accelerating. Especially in the 3rd+4th gear. After LMM, intake air temperature sensor, spark plugs, TVC etc. the fault is still there. The car accelerates a bit thrusty and partly tough and slightly rough at 2500-3000 revolutions. Especially after today’s exchange of the temperature sensor, the thrust-like acceleration was added. As if the turbo switched late in the 3. +4. Especially gear. Does the car have to learn the new temperature feeler first or something like that? Is that something??? And: It was in the error memory today: “motor control unit– communication disturbed-!” The error can not be deleted. I got a new software for the engine control on it with Volvo 2 months ago. Can that be because?? Is there something no more?? I had the car read out today in the free car-fit workshop, where I also bought the car. The update 2 months ago h at but made at Volvo. Should I contact the Volvo workshop again and ask if it has anything to do with the update?? Can a faulty engine control unit or a failed update lead to the defects and problems??? Can an update paralyze the communication? What does an engine control unit cost?? Many many questions…I know….don’t complain! I’m in despair! I don’t want to go to a workshop anymore. And don’t have any more money! Greeting! And THANK YOU !!!! PS: I’ve got grad Calling the Volvo workshop: Could of course not have anything to do with the update. And: If the communication was disturbed, I could not have read out the error memory. But the error memory worked. Have also deleted an error etc.! Well: Funny that I mean that the jerking only occurs at cooler outside temp.!! I think it will remain a mystery!
