Nail at the Pirelli Seal Inside, what now?

I probably stuck a nail in one of my Pirelli Cinturato P7 “Seal Inside”. Probably means: I haven’t pulled it yet. So far I only see something that looks like a 3 mm flat-grained nail head in a groove in the profile on the tread. It can be a small piece of metal that is only clamped in, or just a real nail that has penetrated into the tires. I only discovered this thing because I just happened to be looking at the spot on the tire. I haven’t noticed anything about the driving characteristics until then. I’ve been watching the tyre pressure for the last few days, but air doesn’t escape, the tyre is tight. According to the Pirelli advertisement, I would only need to pull out the supposed nail now, and the seal mass seals the hole from the inside completely by itself. Say: Pull the supposed nail, and if the tyre pressure remains unchanged for days, is everything okay? I’m not really sure… How do I now recognize whether a tyre dealer knows how to sell or just wants to sell new tyres? A tyre dealer nearby, for example, immediately said that Seal inside tyres cannot be repaired and I need new tyres. A little research here in the forum and at Google has shown that this is not right and that Seal inside tyres can also be repaired in the specialist shop, they only lose the repair site. self-sealing properties. Or should I better go to my VW workshop? What is your opinion? Thanks already!
