According to §25 StVG, the costs of the procedure are imposed on you as the holder/entrepreneur of the holder, because the finding of the driver of the vehicle, de r had committed a breach, not before the statute of limitations was possible, or would have required an inappropriate effort. At that time I was supposed to pay 15 € fee and 3.50 expenses, I had allegedly committed the violation of traffic regulations on 25.08.2007. What I had committed was not communicated to me. On my request to the specified mail address no answer was received until today. On 26.06.08 I received a warning that I had not yet paid the bus fee. now with the reminder fee 20,58 €.
