Who gives me courage? I have had an 88 SJ 413 since 2002. For 3 years now(!) he has been logged off and is mostly outdoors. Every half year I have charged the battery and see … he has jumped every time at the first turning of the key. So the engine seems to be ok! Now comes the “But”: how many of his fellows he has some serious illnesses. The known rusting on the wheel runs, a hole in the bottom sheet of the trunk, a leaking brake cylinders at the rear right and a lot more …! KFz experts have examined him, shook his head and wished him a good way into the press (grill).
