Let’s assume that someone wants to “stretch” his tyres with extremely wide rims. The free access to the car is only one side, the other is whether the wheel and tires still fit together at all. I assume that there is no ABE for extreme combinations, but that this has to be done by individual acceptance. What makes it decide whether such stretching is still possible or not? Theoretically, the question also applies the other way around: A tire on a very narrow rim.
