Which drive variant for train operation on the unpaved slope?

Hello, I need a vehicle with which I can pull up a trailer (zGM 1200kg) with me the garden (racial / meadow). The slope is about 4%. The first 3 m however it is about 20%, followed by a 90° curve. In my opinion a switchable all-wheel (e.g. Suzuki Grand Vitara, i.e.) separates due to the 90° slope, because I do not want to resow the lawn every time. Since the car should be cheap (approx. year 1998-2004) Subaru has fallen into the narrow selection (Forester, Legacy, Outback). Which drive variant is better suited for my project, also in terms of material load (e.g. clutch, transmission, lawn protection)? –> Manual gearbox with reduction –> Automatic gearbox with more horses –> maybe something completely different….. (brand, model) I would be very pleased about helpful tips or reviews. Greetings from other-Nerd P.S. A tractor unfortunately cancels out as I do not have a suitable parking space and the next quarry 15km de If I can only pull up 700kg this would be ok – better than 10x with the wheelbarrow. Whether 8l or 12l/100km is incidental, because from a petrol tank only “good” exhaust gases come anyway.
