Hello everyone, have a Magirus Deutz 168 D 17 standing at home, which does not want to start motor: F8L 312, V8, air cooled, 186hp, flame starter I renewed: -new starter -new batteries -1 new flame glow candle -diesel lines cleaned from tank to injection pump -new diesel filter -old diesel drained and new diesel filled in -1 new high pressure line -Webasto stand-up heating decommissioned (in one year it would have dropped anyway) After a few start attempts the engine makes 3-4 kl a cougher, then sprayed a bit of brake cleaner into the air intake line, when starting the engine jumped away immediately but only as long as he got brake cleaner, after that nothing again. I suspect that the engine still does not get diesel, despite airing, but I don’t know why.
