Hello guys, so somehow I have to let my frustration out…. Last year in October I had a breakdown with my vehicle in Munich, at the time I lived in Mannheim. AD AC called car was scraped off, got rental car for 3 days! On the same evening I should return to Mannheim. Car should leave on 18-10 to 15h. Unfortunately my car was only finished at 5pm and until I was from Mannheim in Munich it was 18h! On the way to Muc I called the AD AC and wanted to b The lady was interested in the net, she meant only that you will be charged. I did not want to believe that and called the other lady again told me no topic I should send a confirmation from the workshop that the repair has delayed and everything is OK! I did that also a short time later. My anger about the first lady was so great that I wrote an e-mail to the AD AC, until today no A answer or reaction! As if I knew it I called the AD AC and asked if the confirmation was there, NE did not say it yet but this is normal until the processing takes 2-7 weeks! In the time edicts came every time I called and explained this with the confirmation! Once a gentleman told me YES that is all ok! What is now 8 months later, collection office of AD AC want to have paid the bill! Now I have been calling every day for 3 weeks with the collection Bür o and with the Yellows.. will be referred from one to the other.. Now it is said once again AD AC car rental has nothing to do with the protection letter department and and and on all my emails I get no answers at all! And what bothers me the most is the fact that they oscillate about everything but in their own rows it does not clap! ABSOLUT TRURY!!!
