Airing the service brake?

Hello, I have the following problem with my horse transporter ( Iveco ML75E14 ) Bj: 99. The Tüv found that the hand brake is no longer working on the rear left, but the service brake is perfectly fine. At home I looked at it and found that the spring memory is defective. Then I installed a new one and wanted it to be adjusted in the workshop so that the brake works evenly again. In the workshop the mechanic told me that the brake caliper It’s broken because it’s fixed. Because the saddle moves when the brake is inserted. In my opinion, it’s normal with a floating saddle brake. I didn’t have to do anything at first. At home, I disassembled the brake and found that there was nothing fixed. So I cleaned everything and put it back together. Well, my problem I wanted to vent the brake and then found out that there was nothing going on on the right, even though no one did what and they were going to And there is no fluffiness coming from the fan screw on the left side. Does a truck have any safety valve there? Or do you unleash a truck differently than a car? Thank you for a few tips, because I don’t want to go back to the workshop. Because they just want to rip you off anyway!
