EQS drive train defective

EQS450+, EZ 11/2023: has been in the workshop since 23.12.2023, after he was already there from 18.12. to 21.12.2023. Error on 18.12.2023: couldn’t be started at 7:00h in the morning, red battery symbol, not towed. Vehicle was pulled out of the garage (can’t roll) and charged. Replacement vehicle about 5 hours later, forced home office made. Only on urgent demand the following day at noon contact with workshop. Software replayed and test drives. Replacement car E QE, get back vehicle on 21.12.. Driven on 22.12. and 23.12.2023 long distance, return home with 14%, infected, with 18% charging error, demolition, red battery symbol again and towing prohibited. Vehicle towed to other workshop, there it stands since 23.12.2023. replacement vehicle B200, actually we wanted to ski with 4 adults. Had to organize us another vehicle. Replacement vehicle from 8.1.2024 EQB. Diagnosis drive and control unit defective, spare part should be around the 17 1.2024 coming. Are excited. After years of trouble-free Mercedes experience strongly frustrated. Prices are premium, quality and service too? What are your experiences? Of course 23.12.2023 is a stupid appointment for a vehicle failure, but also for the customer.
