Honda Insight ze2

Hello forum, as a long-term driver of a Honda Accord Cn2 I had to change to a Honda Insight because, a nice truck drove on it back. It quickly had to come a new car and we decided for the Insight! He has 250k KM on it and is 5.Hand! He drives himself Super, I am UBER driver and have driven the Prius2 3 now 3 years and of course there are extreme differences between the two! Start i ch the car in the morning and put the gear in and let the brakes go then nothing does and stays on the spot and after 10seconds it rolls slowly and when the speed moves which is as if a novice doesn’t get along with the clutch, it moves tugging forwards halt !!! I know net like the clutch on the car funks but have the feeling that the one remains stuck when the uncoupled is zb at the starzstop and uses striking as if you were using the clutch pedal on onema I let go!
