New scooter goes off while driving

Hello, I’m new to this forum, but my problem is certainly not: I’m driving a new China scooter (burnout “Venezia”, 45km/h, 4 clocks) and I’ve been driving 240 km with it up to now – yes, I’m driving in wind and weather, summer and winter – and everything was okay. Now to the dropouts that happen (who would have thought it? ) at minus degrees. E-starter doesn’t make any noise, with kickstarter jumped immediately, but then it took almost a quarter of an hour after turning off, until he endlic h reacted… my leg muscles thanked me… As the outside temperature rises at 0, the E-starter also works perfectly again. The next thing that happened: the engine dies under the ride, just goes out, slowly, until the drop, but there is no babbling. After stopping it immediately starts again with E-starter. In this incident I had an approximately 1 1/2 hour crossover behind me. Battery indicator in the upper area, as said, it is a new one. it vehicle and is used with a maximum of 1 day service life in between. Does anyone have an idea? My old China scooter by Razory “Retrocruiser” has also jumped at minus 10 degrees without any problems, so why is it? Thank you already for your suggestions. Greetings mamschgerl
