Hi, so after some have said here that my ZKD is defective, I would like to change tomorrow. We got two instructions from the internet, the parts are already here. However, I still have ambiguities regarding the instructions: 4. Flamm tube on the exhaust manifold, or alternatively solve exhaust manifold on the cylinder headWhat is the flame tube and where can I find the exhaust manifold? Never heard or seen before 5. Remove cables and hoses, as well as gas train on Mono-Jetronic, injection same questions, where is that, what is a mono-jetronic, where can I find it? 6. Remove spark plugs and cablesAnd again the same question, where is it about? 13. Airing the cooling system – completely turning on the heating valveWhere can I find it? – some versions have on the cooler and/or on the discharge of the heating hoses into the interior ventilator valves – these carefully open until only water comes inWhere can I find them at my Punto? – until the fan starts the How do I do that? And are there any other things you have to consider? I wanted to change the water pump by the way, but it says in the instructions “When installing the water pump you have to obtain a special sealing compound available from Fiat (loctite 270).” This loctite costs over 200 euros!!!
