Relevance of (correct) alignment of a rear silencer

Hello! I would be interested to know if it has a technical relevance if the “Pott” in the case of a rear muffler is, so to speak, not aligned correctly with the “Pott” or horizontally. Does this have a relevance with regard to the condensate? Are there holes in the interior, for example, where the condensate can not flow correctly due to the installation position or, so to speak, remains in a “wrong” position? Is it really about the example that can be seen in the picture? Actually, it is common that the oval of the shape of the rear silencer is not so twisted, but hangs in something like this: 0 . But one could hardly have done it differently than to mount it as shown in the picture, because of the guidance of the outlet piece in this particular case, right? I’m curious about your answers.
