second turbo damage within 80000

Hello my Fiatler, I have now found that a Fiat Panda turbocharger only holds 40000km. My mileage is now almost 80000km. Both damages have occurred in very cold weather. Now at -10°C after approx. 10km driving distance the turbo whistled and it lacks about 20% power. From Fiat I will probably get nothing. I do not hope at all now. The last one went on guarantee. It was valid for another month. Now Fiat is out of the tailor. for what do I drive into a Fiat workshop at all. I also build my own motorcycle and I’m already screwing on cars for at least 20 years. I have now obtained an offer from STK Turbo Technik. The price of a new (no longer overhauled) loader comes to me on 420.-. Fiat wants 590.- without installation. Workshop wants to make 130.- for installation So yourself? Instructions and hints there are enough in the net (direct installation, change of oil pipes) I’m really sick of it. Who has a PDF for the work steps. Without it, however, you can put everything in order mentally. I’m going to expand it and take a look at it myself. My Fiat screwdriver has already looked temporarily in the built-in condition with a spear. How well you can judge the loader there is placed there. A shovel is probably bent again. Since my guarantee now with 4 J.). If I need a turbo all 40000km and have to pay it myself anyway, I can also install it myself. Frust, frustration. Now perhaps the crucial question: Where could the error lie? Ice formation, AGR valve, LMM ? Since the resale is low anyway and I want to drive it until the end, I am not interested in service anyway. Can I use the Serv ice key in the LCD reset? Does it disappear after approx. 1000km as I have already read in the net? Ralf
