Suzuki Swift 1.4 boosterjet Turbo broken

Hello. Last week Tuesday my Swift 1.4 boosterjet (42500km, 5/2019) was to the 4th annual inspection… change engine oil, call back brake… etc. Unfortunately also rusty brake change at the rear (drive too little etc.). I am then 10km to the home through the city (fitted) Now we wanted to make Saturday excursion and my husband meant “he doesn’t pull at all!” it doesn’t take long and the colorful lights went on- with the hint “Cruissystem verify!” Monday morning we have to handle r and at first glance they noticed the turbo doesn’t ignite ????? evening I called–if there’s something new– they don’t have any idea what’s going on… Tuesday afternoon I called again… still inconspicuous?? Today I’m over personally… they’ve already measured and read out nothing to find. Parts exchanged to see if the actual part is broken?? without done… 1. Did any of you ever have that before? 2. somehow I also have before a enormous high bill fear- if the car stays there without any solution and „rumdoctern” (year inspection plus brakes have already cost 700€) 3. how long do you have to have patience there – for example they do not report themselves to do anything ????? Thanks for your help ???
