The MG 4 experiment has begun….

… and already runs a good month. In search of a smaller vehicle for the daily commuting of the woman and as shopping bag, we decided for a MG 4 Luxury (MJ23) and leased one for 48 months / 60,000km. So far, I can only say that there is not so much to say. All assistants function so far quite neatly. Only the traffic sign detection is rather a well-intentioned advice. Also the cameras front and back dissolve well, even at night, But the fish eye look is somewhat used to. There is nothing to complain about the processing. Nothing squeaks or crunches. But there is a lot of hard plastic installed. That’s also in our Hyundai, but it all seems a track nobler. The suspension is, for me, quite pleasantly tuned and by the rear wheel drive quite agile. At consumption it is, with our driving profile and the current weather, with ~15kwh (BC) quite economical. So are actually always 350-400 km with a Ladu The engine with a peak of 204hp is fun and quiet. It is loaded at home at 11KW and so the MG idR is ready for use again after 5-6h. Oh, there’s another word about the LKA, which is often criticized. I can’t complain about this at our MG with its software stand. He does what he should. The TJA works on the BAB acceptable, but on normal country roads rather very nervous. Let’s see how this develops.
